Keeping yourself safe and well while at home
Some people will be finding this a worrying and stressful time. Even though students are not physically at school there is still a lot of support available if it is needed, especially if you need some emotional support or reassurance or have a problem you need help with. Some places you can contact if you need help include:

- Kooth – online counselling and emotional well-being support
- Well-being resources and services
If you need to report something that has happened, or that you have seen, online you can go to the following places for help:
- UK Safer Internet Centre – to report and remove harmful online content
- CEOP – for advice on making a report about online
