We aim to ensure that all students, including those with special educational needs, are properly supported so that they can play a full and active role in school life, achieve their academic potential and make a successful transition into adulthood.

Our special educational needs Co-ordinator (SENDCO) is Mrs A Whittle and Mrs R Pickles (Deputy SENCO) will be acting SENCO from 23.02.24-24.02.2025

At Immanuel we welcome the opportunity to discuss your child’s special educational needs and how, as a school, we can support your child’s learning.

If you would like to meet with Mrs A Whittle/Mrs R Pickles or a member of the SEND team, appointments can be made through by emailing SENDteam@immanuel.BDAT-academies.org or by calling (01274) 425900.

For general queries the first point of contact to discuss your child’s needs should be your son/daughters form tutor or head of house.

For further information regarding our provision for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) please view our school information report below.
