Welcome to Immanuel College.

Immanuel College is a thriving, lively, successful 11-18 Church of England Secondary School. This year we attained Specialist Science Status of which we are very proud.

Our Ethos is very important to us as it means our students will develop within a caring Christian environment. Our name Immanuel means ‘God with us’ and sums up what we believe. Our recent faith school inspection confirms we have a “good” faith ethos with “outstanding features”.

As a college we are committed to combining high levels of academic achievement within a caring environment. We value every student, helping them to grow and prosper – to be the best that they can be and to take their place in the world. Immanuel College prides itself that every child is known individually by a wide range of adults; including teaching staff, Chaplaincy staff, support staff and our Student Liaison Officers.

Our results at GCSE have improved dramatically over the last three years. Our students again attained very good results this summer – 79% attained 5 A*-C in GCSE putting us second in Bradford for this particular benchmark.

We especially welcome visits from parents during the school day so that you can see our working environment. To make arrangements please contact Mr Hacking, our Chaplain or myself.
