Welcome to the Science Department
The journey into the world of science begins at the door. In Keystage 3, our students will develop skills inherent in successful academics. In addition to engaging, interactive lessons, pupils will have access to learning through exciting lunchtime clubs, school trips and the C.A.S.E. development programme.
In year 10, Immanuel students will choose a scientific pathway that suits them. Options include the traditional dual award G.C.S.E., separate sciences (Biology, Chemistry & Physics) or Applied science.
After a successful and enjoyable time, a significant number of our students choose to pursue the separate sciences to A-level.
