KS3 breadth of study:
Students experience activities in the following areas in line with the national curriculum (at least 4 of the 6 areas i.e. a-f)
- a. outwitting opponents – football, basketball, netball, rugby, dodge ball, handball
- b. accurate replication of actions, phrases and sequences – gymnastics.
- c. exploring and communicating ideas, concepts and emotions – dance.
- d. performing at maximum levels in relation to speed, height, distance, strength or accuracy – athletics.
- e. identifying and solving problems to overcome challenges of an adventurous nature – outdoor adventurous activities
- f. exercising safely and effectively to improve health and wellbeing – fitness and circuits
